Gigachat Chat Terms, EULA and Community Rules

By accepting these terms, you agree to the rules below for Gigachat Chat. The app and service are free: there are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Use the service only if you meet the legal age and permission requirements where you live.

The initial public release is being prepared. These rules do not announce availability; the service must have working safety and account-deletion operations before public release.

App license

The iOS app is licensed to you by its publisher under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add the following rules for your account, messages and use of the Gigachat Chat service. They do not reduce rights that applicable law gives you. Contact the publisher through Gigachat Chat Support.

Your identity and contacts

Continue without signing in creates a persistent Firebase guest identity. Choose a display name and unique public handle that do not impersonate another person. Guest authentication does not make you untraceable to the service. Your handle identifies you to contacts; it is not a password.

You choose a contact by exact handle or invitation. The recipient must accept before either of you can send messages. Respect declined requests and blocks. There is no random matching, public contact directory or device contact-book upload.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Gigachat Chat has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not send or use a profile or handle for harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discriminatory abuse, sexually explicit or exploitative content, child sexual abuse material, scams, spam, illegal activity, impersonation, or violations of another person's privacy or rights. Do not evade a block, suspension or safety rule.

You remain responsible for the text you send and must have the right to share it. You keep your rights to your own text and permit the service to store and show it to your accepted contact and, when necessary, authorized support or moderation. This permission is limited to operating the service and handling safety or legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

Block, report and moderation

Use Block from a conversation or contact profile to stop new messages and invitations. Unblock is available from the contact profile or Settings > Blocked contacts. Existing conversation history remains visible until it is removed by moderation or account deletion.

Use Report message or Report contact to submit a reason and necessary evidence privately. A message report includes the selected message; the reported contact cannot read your report. Make reports honestly. Authorized moderation may review evidence, remove violating text, suspend an account or end access for serious or repeated abuse. Use Support for a concern about a decision or a report.

A limited text filter and server limits reduce abuse but cannot identify every harmful message. Text is limited to 4,000 characters; sends are spaced by at least one second, and new invitations and reports by at least 30 seconds. Do not bypass these controls. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Gigachat Chat is not an emergency reporting service.

Guest access and deletion

A guest account in this version has no recovery credential. Signing out or losing your local session may make it unrecoverable; your handle cannot restore access. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account.

Use Settings > Delete account while you still have access. Deletion removes the Auth account, profile, handle, invitations, blocks, notification tokens and shared conversations involving you for both participants. Completion is shown only after the service confirms it; an incomplete request can be retried. Deleted service content cannot be restored. Copies saved outside the service, such as another person's screenshots, cannot be recalled.

Normal report evidence expires after 90 days. Account deletion removes associated evidence and identifiers sooner unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. Such a hold must have a recorded legal basis and finite expiry or review date; it is not an indefinite abuse-prevention exception. A private deletion-completion record may remain for up to two hours to prevent reuse of an old token. The Privacy Policy explains provider erasure limits and privacy requests. If deletion is unavailable, use Support; a support request does not itself confirm completed deletion.

Message status and availability

Queued or Sending does not confirm a server commit. Server accepted means the message was committed; Read refers to the contact's read receipt. Neither a server commit nor a notification guarantees device delivery or attention. Service outages and restrictions may prevent communication.

Messages use protected connections and Firebase account-access controls. Gigachat Chat does not provide end-to-end encryption. Do not use it as your only way to communicate something urgent. We may change the service or these terms and will publish material changes before they apply.

Kimliğiniz ve kişileriniz

Giriş yapmadan devam etmek, kalıcı bir Firebase misafir kimliği oluşturur. Başka bir kişiyi taklit etmeyen bir görünen ad ve benzersiz herkese açık kullanıcı adı seçin. Misafir doğrulaması, hizmetin sizi izleyemeyeceği anlamına gelmez. Kullanıcı adınız kişilerin sizi bulmasını sağlar; parola değildir.

Bir kişiyi tam kullanıcı adı veya davet yoluyla seçersiniz. Mesajlaşabilmeniz için alıcının daveti kabul etmesi gerekir. Reddedilen davetlere ve engellere saygı gösterin. Rastgele eşleştirme, herkese açık kişi dizini veya cihaz rehberi yükleme yoktur.

Kötüye kullanıma sıfır tolerans

Gigachat Chat, sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans uygular. Mesajlarda, profilinizde veya kullanıcı adınızda taciz, zorbalık, tehdit, nefret veya ayrımcılık, açık cinsel veya istismar edici içerik, çocukların cinsel istismarına ilişkin materyal, dolandırıcılık, spam, yasa dışı faaliyet, kimliğe bürünme ya da başkalarının gizlilik ve haklarını ihlal eden içerik kullanmayın. Engelleri, hesap askıya alma kararlarını veya güvenlik kurallarını aşmayın.

Gönderdiğiniz metinden siz sorumlusunuz ve onu paylaşma hakkına sahip olmalısınız. Kendi metniniz üzerindeki haklarınızı korursunuz; hizmetin metni saklamasına, kabul ettiğiniz kişiye ve gerektiğinde yetkili destek veya moderasyona göstermesine izin verirsiniz. Bu izin, hizmeti işletmek ve Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan güvenlik veya yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmekle sınırlıdır.

Engelleme, bildirme ve moderasyon

Yeni mesajları ve davetleri durdurmak için sohbetten veya kişi profilinden Engelle'yi seçin. Engeli kişi profilinden veya Ayarlar > Engellenen kişiler bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz. Mevcut sohbet geçmişi, moderasyon veya hesap silme yoluyla kaldırılana kadar görünür kalır.

Bir gerekçeyi ve gerekli kanıtı özel olarak iletmek için Mesajı bildir veya Kişiyi bildir'i kullanın. Mesaj bildirimi seçtiğiniz mesajı içerir; bildirilen kişi bildiriminizi okuyamaz. Bildirimleri dürüstçe yapın. Yetkili moderasyon kanıtı inceleyebilir, ihlal içeren metni kaldırabilir, hesabı askıya alabilir veya ciddi ya da tekrarlanan kötüye kullanımda erişimi sonlandırabilir. Bir karar veya bildirimle ilgili itirazınız için Destek'i kullanın.

Sınırlı bir metin filtresi ve sunucu sınırları kötüye kullanımı azaltır; her zararlı mesajı tespit edemez. Metinler en fazla 4.000 karakter olabilir. Mesaj gönderimleri arasında en az bir saniye, yeni davetler ve bildirimler arasında en az 30 saniye gerekir. Bu kontrolleri aşmayın. Acil tehlike durumunda yerel acil yardım birimleriyle iletişime geçin. Gigachat Chat bir acil ihbar hizmeti değildir.

Misafir erişimi ve silme

Bu sürümde misafir hesabının kurtarma bilgisi yoktur. Çıkış yapmanız veya yerel oturumunuzu kaybetmeniz, hesabınızı kurtarılamaz hâle getirebilir. Kullanıcı adınız erişimi geri getiremez. Çıkış yapmak veya uygulamayı kaldırmak hesabınızı silmez.

Erişiminiz varken Ayarlar > Hesabı sil'i kullanın. Silme işlemi doğrulama hesabını, profilinizi, kullanıcı adınızı, davetleri, engelleri, bildirim belirteçlerini ve sizi içeren ortak sohbetleri her iki katılımcı için kaldırır. Tamamlanma yalnızca hizmet doğruladıktan sonra gösterilir; tamamlanmayan istek yeniden denenebilir. Silinen hizmet içeriği geri getirilemez. Başka bir kişinin ekran görüntüsü gibi hizmet dışında saklanan kopyalar geri alınamaz.

Normal bildirim kanıtlarının saklama süresi 90 gündür. Belirli bir yasal yükümlülük gerektirmedikçe hesap silme, ilişkili kanıtları ve tanımlayıcıları daha erken kaldırır. Böyle bir saklama için yasal dayanak ve sonlu bir bitiş veya gözden geçirme tarihi kaydedilmelidir; süresiz bir kötüye kullanım istisnası yoktur. Eski bir belirtecin tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek için özel bir silme-tamamlanma kaydı en fazla iki saat kalabilir. Sağlayıcıların silme sınırlamaları ve gizlilik talepleri Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanır. Silme işlemi kullanılamıyorsa Destek'i kullanın; destek talebi tek başına silmenin tamamlandığını doğrulamaz.

Mesaj durumu ve kullanılabilirlik

Sırada veya Gönderiliyor durumu sunucuya kaydı doğrulamaz. Sunucu kabul etti, mesajın kaydedildiğini; Okundu ise kişinin okuma makbuzunu ifade eder. Sunucuya kayıt veya bildirim, cihaz teslimatını ya da birinin mesajı gördüğünü garanti etmez. Kesintiler ve hesap kısıtlamaları iletişimi engelleyebilir.

Mesajlar korumalı bağlantıları ve Firebase hesap erişim kontrollerini kullanır. Gigachat Chat uçtan uca şifreleme sağlamaz. Acil bir bilgiyi iletmek için tek yönteminiz olarak kullanmayın. Hizmeti veya bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce yayımlarız.
